Test Mandrels and Mandrel Kits

STAUFF integrates the Dornvos test mandrels into the entire system to ensure seamless quality control. Dornvos measures the nipple drop in the crimped state; this ensures that the inside diameter of the hose nipple optimally fulfils the requirements. With Dornvos, assembly errors can be recognised at an early stage; this contributes to the permanent tightness and functionality of the fitting. The test mandrels are available for all nominal sizes; they are available individually or as a complete set in a robust plastic case.
